1 lb. sausage
1 (32-oz.) pkg.frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 (8-oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 c. sour cream
1 chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Brown sausage in skillet. In large bowl combine all ingredients. Spoon into greased 9" x 13" pan. Bake at 350º for 1 hr.
