6 eggs
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
juice of one lemon
3 lbs. Philadelphia Cream Cheese-softened

Crust:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
4 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Melt margarine, mix in sugar and add graham cracker crumbs. Grease a 10" spring form pan. Sprinkle bottom and sides with crumb mixture pressing in place with hands.
Filling: Combine and mix eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla and lemon juice until thick and lemon colored. Further soften cream cheese with mixer and gradually to egg mixture until soft and smooth. Pour cheese batter into pan.
After cooking-if it seems "pale", put it under the broiler to brown. Chill thoroughly. Serve brown side up.
Bake at 350 for 60 mins.
