MOJO Criollo marinade*
Onions, sliced
Yellow/saffron rice (large pkg)

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in crock pot. Add onions MOJO marinade and water - equal parts, to cover pork. Cook on HIGH for 8 hours. Shred pork and serve over cooked yellow rice with broth and diced onions. *MOJO Criollo should be available in your grocery store-they sell in Charlestown, IN, so should be available anywhere! Lipton onion soup mix is substitute.
