1 lb lean ground beef
1 large onion
16 oz can chili beans
16 oz can of Mexicorn
16 oz can of diced tomatoes (or more to taste)
16 oz can black beans
16 oz can kidney beans
1 can of chilies (mild or hot, your choice)
2 C water (may need to add more)
1 pkg Taco seasoning dry mix
1 pkg Ranch dry dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef and onion. Drain.
Mix all other ingredients in large pot, add beef and onion.
Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer (approximately 30 min).
Serve with shredded cheddar on top (if desired)
