1 1/2 lbs ground beef 1 C bread crumbs 1 C oats 1 onion, chopped 1 1/2 t salt 1/4 t pepper
SAUCE: 2 8 oz cans tomato sauce 2 T vinegar 1 T mustard 5 T brown sugar 2 t Worcestershire sauce
Mix SAUCE ingredients and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients, then mix in half of sauce to meat mixture. Press meat mixture into loaf pan. Pour remaining sauce on top. Bake at 350º for an hour and fifteen minutes.
