1 tsp. vanilla
3 T. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. cream
1 (9") unbaked pie shell
2 c. sugar
3 T. soft butter
3 eggs
3 1/4 to 4 c. diced rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together vanilla, sugar, flour, soft butter and salt. Add eggs and cream and beat again. Arrange rhubarb in pie shell: pour in cream mixture. Bake 350º for 45 to 60 minutes, or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
