2 10OZ. PKGS FROZEN CHOPPED BROCCOLI
2 C RITZ CRACKERS CRUMBS
3/4 # VELVEETA CHEESE
1/2 C MELTED BUTTER

Directions:
COOK BROCCOLI AND DRAIN. MELT CHEESE IN SMALL SAUCEPAN WITH ENOUGH MILK FOR A PASTE CONSISTENCY.
IN BUTTERED CASSEROLE DISH LAYER 1/2 BROCCOLI, 1/2 CHEESE, 1/2 CRACKER CRUMBS AND 1/2 BUTTER. REPEAT FINISHING WITH CRUMBS ON TOP. BAKE AT 375 FOR 25-30 MIN. OR SLIGHTLY LONGER IF BAKING WITH OTHER DISHES AT 350.
