2 cups baby carrots
1/2 cup water
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Place water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer until the water is absorbed. Serve sprinkled with fresh chopped parsley.
