1 lb ground beef
1 med onion
1 TABLESPOONFUL Dijon mustard
1 TABLESPOONFUL Worcestershire sauce
1 TABLESPOONFUL brown sugar
1 TABLESPOONFUL vinegar
3/4 cup ( of half ketchup, half chili sauce)
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup celery (finely chopped)
1/2 cup green pepper (finely chopped)

Directions:
Brown meat, add veggies (let them soften). Add all of the other ingredients and water (1/2 cup or so). Cover and simmer 20-30 min.
