3-4 cups chopped brocccoli
1small onion dice
11/2cup celery chopped
3-4tbls butter
3 tbls flour
3 cup milk
3/4 of a block of velveta cheese

cook veggies with barely enough water to cover them until tender in another pan melt butter blend in flour add 3 cup of milk stir together slowly add
cheese until melt add broccoli but drain first
