8 cups fresh bread crumbs
2 tsp rubbed sage
2 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
4 medium onions, chopped
1 bunch celery, trimmed and chopped
1/2 cup butter
2 cups chestnuts, coarsely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and celery in butter in a large skillet until softened. Mix with bread crumbs, seasonings and chestnuts.

May stuff in a turkey or bake in a casserole dish @ 350 F for 20-25 minutes until bread turns crispy.
