cut up 2 quartsof potatoes for making potato soup
put in 2cups water cover and cook until tender
season with salt and pepper
add 2 cup of milk and 1/2 stick of butter
keep on low heat add 1 lb cube velvetta cheese
when cheese is melt add a can rotel tomatoes
serve with cornbread
