1 box lemon cake mix
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. crushed pineapple
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Spray bundt cake pan with veg. spray. Sprinkle heavily with sugar, turning and shaking to evenly apply to all surface. Shake out excess.
Mix together cake mix, oil, crushed pineapple (reserving juice for later)
Pour batter into prepared bundt pan, Bake 325 for one hour. Let set in pan 2-3 min. before inverting onto cake plate.
Mix 2 1/2 T. pineapple juice with powdered sugar.
Drizzle over partially cooled cake.
