1 yellow cake mix 4c fresh rhubarb, cubed 1c sugar 1c cream or 1/1 & 1/2

Directions:
Prepare cake mix into batter as directed. Pour into 9x13 pan. Layer with rhubarb mixed with sugar and cream.

Bake 350º 45-50 mins.
Fruit sinks to the bottom and makes a custard mixture.
