1 yellow cake mix, baked in 9x13 pan. 1 tall can crushed pineapple. 2/3 c brown sugar, packed.
2 small vanilla puddings mixed with 3 c milk.
2 c cool whip. Coconut or nuts for topping.

Directions:
Directions:
Let cake cool. Meanwhile cook pineapple and brown sugar until syrupy. Prick cake with large round toothpick and pour syrup over the cake. Prepare 2 small puddings with 3 c milk and layer over the cake. Top with cool whip and sprinkle with coconut or chopped nuts (or both)
