2 tbsp. lime juice
1/2 c. fat free mayonnaise, divided
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
3 c. cabbage, chopped
1 medium carrot, shredded
3 sliced green onions
2 tbsp. fresh cilantro
1 (6 oz.) can tuna
1 red pepper
tortillas
spinach leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk lime juice, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, soy sauce, and sugar. Add cabbage, carrots, onions, cilantro, and tuna. Mix well. Spread each tortilla with 1 tbsp. of mayonnaise. Top with tuna mix. Cover with spinach leaves and peppers. Roll the wrap.
