"Cabbage slaw becomes company slaw when you combine 1 quart shredded cabbage with 1 cup minced celery and toss lightly with sour cream dressing.

For the dressing, combine 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 1/2 teaspoons cider vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon each of salt, chili powder and instant minced onion, and 1/2 teaspoon each of fresh lemon juice and caraway seed. Serves 5-6."

I just had to include this recipe because I think cabbage sauce for company might NOT be a good idea....but it meant enough to one of our ancestors to clip it and save it all these years. :)
