3 cups plain low-fat yogurt
2 cups chopped peeled cucumber
1 T dill
1 T mint
1 garlic clove
1 T lemon juice
1/4 t salt
1/8 t white pepper

Put all ingredients into a blender (do half at a time if the blender seems too full). Blend. Chill, Enjoy!

This recipe came from a friend who went on a cruise and loved it. I found the recipe in a Weight Watchers cookbook, adapted it a bit with herbs from my garden, and shared it with Mother. We both loved it and it is perfect for a hot summer evening.
