1 1/2 lbs. fresh green beans, trimmed
3 Tablespoons unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
8 long fresh chives, blanched

Directions:
Directions:
Bring large pot of salted water to boil. Add beans and boil just until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and run under cold running water to stop cooking process. Gather about 10 beans in a bundle, wrap one of the blanched chives around the bundle and tie in a knot. Repeat with remaining bundles and chives. Place bundles in a steamer and cook until heated through, Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat: add garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Place bundles on a platter and brush with the garlic butter. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
