1 lb. cranberries
1 orange
2 cups sugar
1 Pkg. gelatin (orange, lemon or apple)
1 cup hot water
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup nuts, chopped
1 8-ounce can pineapples, drained

Directions:
Directions:
In a food grinder, grind cranberries and orange, using everything but seeds and stems. In a bowl, mix cranberries and orange with sugar and let stand overnight. Dissolve the gelatin in the cup of hot water and let cool to lukewarm. Add to the cranberry and orange mixture. Then add celery, nuts and pineapple. Place in a 6-cup mold and refrigerate.
