2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 large orange
2 tsps. butter
hot water
1/4 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1 cup cranberries cut in half

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, sugar, baking soda, & salt. In measuring cup put juice & rind of 1 orange & 2tbsps. butter. Add hot water until it makes 3/4 cup liquid & 1/4 cup milk. To the liquid add 1 beaten egg, & 1 cup of cranberries. Put in greased loaf pan & bake at 350 for 1 hour.
