Ingredients: |
Ingredients: 1 large tub of Chocolate Chip Cookie dough.
Note: Like many old polish cooks, Paul is leaving out his "secret" ingredient (undoubtedly so his will always be the best). He adds a smidgen (less than a drop) of vanilla or peppermint extract, applied with a small syringe, to the top of each cookie before baking.

Directions:Preheat oven to 350º.
Scoop Large tablespoonfuls of Chocolate Chip Cookie dough from tub and place 2" apart on a cookie sheet until full.
Place cookie sheet in oven for the prescribed time (usually about 20 minutes).
Remove from oven when done to a nice chewy consistency. DO NOT OVERBAKE!!!!
Scoop cookies off the cookie sheet when cooled somewhat and place on brown or wax paper for further cooling.
Load up the cookie sheet and repeat. This is sort of like shampoo instructions...you know...lather, rinse, and repeat.
When cooled enough that they don't fall apart when you pick them up, dunk the cookies in milk or coffee and eat as many as possible. |

Notes: Chocolate chip cookies from the tub are every bit as good as the ones that Aunt Foo used to bake. If she wants to dispute this...maybe she can bake some for me.
