Ingredients:  
1/2 lb grated cheese
1/2 lb breakfast sausage
Pork shake and bake
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c biscuit
10-15 jalapenos

Directions:
Directions:
Cut jalapenos length wise after cutting off the stem, de-seed and set aside.
Mix all other ingredients together
Wrap each piece of jalapeno peper in the mixture and roll into egg shapes.
Dip each egg into beaten egg mixture and then shake and bake
Place on cookie sheet
Bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes
Serve warm
