Raisin Bran Muffins Recipe

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 box (15 oz.) Post Raisin Branę

Mix oil and sugar; add eggs. Stir in buttermilk. In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon.

In large bowl, alternately add wet and dry ingredients. Stir til blended. Add box of cereal and stir well. Let mix sit overnight in refrigerator.

Bake in muffin tins at 400 ║ for 20 minutes.
