1 whole beef brisket with small amount of fat

Make Paste:
2 t celery salt
1 T garlic salt
1 T onion powder
1/2 t salt
2 T pepper
2 T Worchester Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Rub the paste on the brisket. Spray 9x13" pan with Pam Olive Oil. Cover brisket tightly with aluminum foil. Place in over at 225º for 8+ hours or in a crocket pot.[Place in oven before you go to bed and it is ready in the morning].
Remove brisket from pan and slice. Remove juices and place in a saucepan adding 1/2 c brown sugar, 1 c barbecue sauce, 1 small Wishbone Russian salad dressing until blended.
Place sliced beef back in pan and pour the sauce mix over the meat. Recover the pan with foil and place back in oven on warm until served.
