Chicken Breast (boneless, skinless), uncooked, thinly sliced
Green or Red Bell Peppers, chopped fine
Fresh Tomatoes (or canned/spiced tomatoes), chopped fine
Onion, fresh or frozen, chopped fine
Taco Shells

Directions:
Directions:
Stir-fry chicken in a little oil. Add spices of choice (salt/pepper/onion/garlic). Add vegetables. Simmer on low. Add spoonful to taco shells (warmed in oven according to package directions). Add sour cream and shredded cheese topping or your choice of toppings. Eat & enjoy.
