2--cups Sugar
1--cup Buttermilk
2--cups Selfrising flour
1 1/2 tsp.--Coconut flavoring
1--cup crisco oil
1--small can Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and cream with sugar. Add buttermilk and crisco oil,mix well. Now add flavoring and coconut. (Reserve small amount of coconut). Pour batter into greased and floured 9X13 cake pan. Bake at 350º for about 40 minutes. About last 5 minutes of baking time, Mix 1/2 cup water & 1 cup of sugar in saucepan. Bring to boil for 1 minute(no more). Take from heat and add 1 tsp. of coconut flavoring. Pour glaze slowly over cake as soon as it comes out of the oven. Sprinkle with some coconut. After cake is completely cooled, keep covered. Is better made day before needed.

This is so easy to make and doesn't require lot of time. It is a very moist cake and if ya don't like it, you ain't country folk.
