1-oz. pkg. Pillsbury Deluxe Fudge Brownie Mix
1/3 cup very hot tap water
cup oil
1 egg
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

cup very hot tap water
6-oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon sugar
2 eggs

cup strawberry preserves
1 pint strawberries, sliced
Whipped cream, if desired

Heat oven to 350F. Line 12-inch pizza pan with foil; grease foil. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions, adding nuts. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350F. for 15 to 20 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool completely. Invert onto serving plate; carefully remove foil from brownie.
In blender container, combine 1/2 cup hot water and chocolate chips. Cover; blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Add sugar arid 2 eggs; blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour into small bowl. Cover; refrigerate until thickened, about 1 to 2 hours.

To assemble, spread preserves over brownie. Spread filling over preserves. Refrigerate until firm. Garnish as desired with strawberries and whipped cream.
