1 onion - diced
1-2 rashers of bacon
chicken breast
300ml pouring cream
1 vegetable stock
penne pasta

Pan fry
1 diced onion
1-1.5 rashers of bacon
Good handful of mushroom - sliced
Once all cooked set aside
In same pan fry
1-1.5 chicken breasts diced
Once cooked add in other ingredients as listed above.
Add 250 - 300 ml of cream and
1 chicken or vegetable stock cube (I use masel)
bring to boil, then reduce to the simmer until thickens - to quicken this I often add a little cornflour.
Serve with penne pasta
