2 teaspoons sea salt
1 Kg chicken wings jointed
0.5 Cup Lemon Juice
5 Garlic Cloves
0.25 Cup Honey
Lemon wedges

Directions:
Directions:
1.Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
2.Place the chicken wings in a baking dish, sprinkle with the salt then roast for 30 minutes.
3.Tip out fat that has come out of wings from baking.
4.Place the lemon juice, garlic and honey in a small bowl and stir until the honey has dissolved.
5.Pour over the chicken wings and stir until well coated.
6.Cook for another 20 minutes, turning wings every five minutes to stop the sugar in the honey from burning.
7.Serve with lemon wedges, beans and steamed rice.
