4 ripe bananas, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup - 1 stick butter, 2 large eggs, 2 cups of flour (white and/or some wheat), 1 tsp baking soda, pinch of salt, 1/4 cup walnuts.

Directions:

Preheat 350F. Use 9 x 5 inch pan. Spray.

Mix sugar, butter and eggs together. Mix well. Add bananas and use a fork to mush them.
In separate bowl, mix dry stuff together.
Fold in dry stuff to wet stuff.

Bake 45 minutes. Check earlier to see if it's done earlier.

This is a great way to use those half-eaten bananas or one that have turned a little brown, but really are okay to eat. You can also pour them into muffin tins and make muffins, but cook for a lot less time. Check after 20 minutes if you do muffins.
