2 eggs, 1/2 cup melted butter, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp almond extract, 1 cup wheat floor (or oat bran), 1 cup white flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 cups blueberries, 1/4 cup sunflower seeds (without shell).

Pre-heat oven 350F.

Mix the eggs, butter, sugar and almond extract in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix flours, baking powder and salt well.
Then combine flours. Add berries and seeds last.

Spray muffin tins, fill 3/4 full.
Bake 20-25 minutes.
