2 cups chopped tomatoes, 1 cup red pepper, 1 cup yellow pepper, 1 cup chopped onion, 2 tsp capers, 3 tbsp basil, 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar, 2 tsp lemon juice, sprinkle pepper, 1 garlic chopped, 1 tsp oregano, baguette.

Chop, keep juices from tomatoes and mix together in a bowl. Cover in fridge for 1 hour.

Brown slices of baguette in broiler for about 2 minutes per side, until browned.
