Beat 4 eggs in a bowl. Add 1 cup flour, beat into egg mixture until there are barely any lumps at all, using a whisk. Whisk in the 1.5 cups of milk, until it is all mixed smoothly into a silky batter.

Warm up a 8-10 inch pan (low-medium heat) and put a pat of butter all around the bottom once it's warm. Take a 1/2 cup measuring cup and pour 1/2 cup worth of batter into the pan, swirling around until it's spread evenly. Get a spatula, and check the edges to see when the bottom is getting to be a teeny bit browned (not too brown). When it's a little brown, flip with spatula, cook the other side the same way.
Slide the crepe onto a plate, immediately sprinkle with a small spoonful of sugar spread evenly all over the crepe, and roll it up into a roll, from one edge to another, right away, so the heat melts the sugar.
Feel free to chop up some strawberries very tiny and add them to the inside on top of the sugar, that's super yummy. And whipped cream on top seriously makes the whole thing.
