For Basil Mayonnaise Blend: 1/4 C Mayo 1/4 C Fresh Basil leaves 1 t. Fresh lemon juice 1 t. Honey For the Burger: 1 1/2 lb. Ground chicken or turkey 1/3 C dill pickle relish 1/4 C Mayo 4 slices Havarti cheese
Blend all ingredients for Basil mayo in food processor. Set aside.
Mix all burger ingredients except cheese. Shape and grill. Add cheese after you flip burgers.
