2 lbs ground beef
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp mustard seed
3 T Morton Tender Quick Salt
1 cup water
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all and mix well.
Shape into a roll about 2 inches thick. Wrap in foil. (dull side out)
Refrigerate for 24 hours
Poke holes in bottom of the foil with a toothpick when ready to bake.
Put 1/2 inch of water in broiler pan. Place wrapped meat on rack over water.
Bake about 90 minutes at 325º
