1/2 gallon scalded milk

1 cup sugar 1/2 cold milk
2 cups powdered milk
8 oz plain yogurt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cold milk, pwd. milk, and yogurt. Stir until dissolved. Add hot milk and pour into pan with a large bottom surface. Cover pan and wrap whole thing in a towel or small blanket and place on heating pad at low temp. overnight.
