"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

4 boneless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch cubes

cup soy sauce

cup hot water

1 cup creamy peanut butter

2 garlic cloves peeled or 2 tablespoons minced garlic

teaspoon garlic powder

2 tablespoons lemon juice

In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, hot water, peanut butter, garlic, and lemon juice.

Whisk until thoroughly combined.

Add chicken cubes or transfer to a gallon zipper bag and pour marinade over; turn cubes to coat on all sides.

Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 3 hours, turning occasionally.

Thread chunks on skewers and broil or grill for about 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
