1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
2 c. uncooked pasta
2 cans beef broth
1 can tomatoes
1 small can tomato paste
1 can hominy
1 can beans (kidney/red/black etc)
1 package taco seasoning
1 onion (chopped)
Italian seasoning

Brown turkey in soup pot and drain. Return ground turkey to pot. Put all ingredients into pot and stir. Seasonings should be added "to taste". Simmer for 30 minutes or until ready to eat.
