1 lb of Italian Sausage- spicy,sweet, or mixed (8 links) 2 cans of Del Monte diced tomatoes with Basil, Garlic, and Oreg 2 cans of Beef Bouillon 1 package of sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Put sausage in pan with enough water to almost cover in single layer. Boil gently for 15 minutes until sausage is gray in appearance. Pour off liquid, it will be foamy. While still hot, slice up sausage into bit-sized pieces and return to pan. Combine all ingredients with sausage and simmer for another 15-20 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
