Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350º 2) Line cookie sheet with tin foil and spray Pam thoroughly 3) Spread saltines so that there is one full layer of crackers on the cookie sheet (you may have to break up the crackers to fill cookie sheet) 4) In a sauce pan, start to melt 2 sticks of butter (one cup) while gradually adding 1 cup of sugar to the blend. Continue to stir until you bring to a boil (make sure you do not burn) 5) Once the mix is brought to a boil, remove from heat, and pour over the saltines in cookie sheet (spread evenly) 6) Bake in oven for 15 minutes (watch to make sure they do not burn, take out when top starts turning brown) 7) Remove and pour the 12oz Nestle semi-sweet morsals on the top of the saltines immediately after removal. Let the morsals melt and carefully smooth over surface 8) Place in fridge/freezer to allow them to fully cool. Once they are ready, break up cookies and serve :-)
