Shot (or more) of Bourbon
12 oz. can of Coke

Pick your favorite cut of meat. Place the meat in a Ziploc bag, add a shot of favorite bourbon for every 12oz of meat. Pour in enough Coke for a good soaking marinade, and add a touch of seasoning salt and pepper. Let marinade and meat sit for at least an hour in Ziploc bag. Place on grill, pour on leftover marinade from bag.
