2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 12-oz. can evaporated milk (also good with half & half)
4 tbsp. butter/margarine
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in a heavy pan. Add milk and butter. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Spoon over ice cream warm or cooled.

*I make it in the microwave--less stirring!
