6 tbsp. butter/margarine, divided
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. water
1 8-oz. jar Cheese Whiz (or substitute cubed Velveeta)
2 10-oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. cracker crumbs (saltines)
2 tbsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in 4 tbsp. butter. Stir in flour and water. Cook to thicken, stirring constantly. Fold in cheese, broccoli, and eggs. Place in greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole and sprinkle with crumbs. Dot with remaining butter. Bake at 325 for 30-40 minutes.
