1/2 c. milk
1 c. pancake mix or flour
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. Canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything in a blender, starting with the eggs (be careful - don't wait until the end to blend everything). Cook the batter on a griddle until the bubbles in the batter start popping - then turn the pancake over. Serve with jam, syrup, or yogurt.
