3 eggs 2 cups milk 1 cup water 1/2 cup margarine 1 T vanilla 2 T sugar 2 cups flour
Whip eggs in bowl. Add milk, water, vanilla and sugar; mixing well. Melt margarine in pan. Gradually add flour to liquids. Stir in margarine. Cook like crepes. Spread butter and sprinkle powdered sugar on crepe and roll.
