Ingredients:  
1 loaf of white bread with the crusts cut off and discarded
1 chopped onion
4 hard boiled eggs chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 can of crab drained
2 cans of shrimp drained
3 c. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Butter each slice of bread. Place two slices buttered sides together. Cut into small cubes. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Chill 3 - 4 hours before serving.

Makes a very large salad. You will not be able to tell there is bread in this salad.
