1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
1 chopped onion
1 c. sliced carrots
1 c. sliced zucchini
1/2 c. slices celery
1 can of stewed tomatoes
1 can of red kidney beans
2 c. shredded cabbage
parsley, garlic, oregano, basil, pepper
1 beef bouillion cube
1/4 lb. spaghetti

Mix raw and canned vegetable with spices in a large pot. Add raw sausage rolled into small meatballs. Add bouillion and enough water to cover by 2 inches. Stir. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 1 - 2 hours. Add spaghetti broken into small pieces adjusting the water level to cover if necessary. Cook another 15 minutes.
