1 T yeast 1 cup warm water 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt 2 T oil 2 1/2 cups flour
Put yeast, water, and sugar in bowl and let dissolve. Add oil and half of flour and mix well. Add salt and remaining salt and mix. Let rest 5 minutes. Grease pan and dust with corn meal. Roll dough into pan and poke holes with fork. Cook 5 minutes in 400º oven. Add sauce and toppings and cook additional 10-15 minutes.
