2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
5 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 pint heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until fluffy & add sugar. In different bowl mix ricotta, vanilla & lemon juice. Then mix egg mixture & Ricotta mixture together. Put into pie crust & bake at 350 for 1 hour.
